Sometimes it's hard to remember exactly when to take HUMIRA. But with medication reminders, you won't have to worry. Messages arrive on the date and time you specify, every time you need to take your medicine.

Simply complete this request form or call 1.800.4.HUMIRA, and we'll send you reminders through email or voice mail — whichever you prefer. Plus, you can change your reminder settings at any time by updating myProfile information. It's convenient. It's at no additional cost to you. It's all part of your myHUMIRA membership benefits.

Need an additional reminder?

In case you need additional help remembering to take your HUMIRA, there are reminder stickers included in your HUMIRA prescription package. You can place these stickers on your calendar as an additional reminder to take your medication.
